QVC APPOINTS LARRY HAYES
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND GENERAL COUNSEL

West Chester, Pa. (March 13, 2008) – QVC, Inc. announced today the promotion of Larry Hayes to Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Hayes will assume his new position effective immediately and will manage all aspects of the company’s Legal and Internal Audit Departments. He is replacing Neal Grabell, who is retiring from QVC after 21 years of service.

Since 2000, Hayes has served as QVC’s Vice President, Legal and Assistant Secretary. Previously, he served as Associate Counsel and Senior Counsel since joining the company in 1992. In these roles, Hayes provided legal services to various departments at QVC and supervised outside counsel.

Prior to QVC, Hayes was an attorney for seven years at the Philadelphia law firm of Mesirov, Gelman, Jaffe, Cramer & Jamieson.

Hayes is a member of the Electronic Retail Association’s board of directors. He graduated cum laude from the Temple University School of Law and received his bachelor’s degree from St. Lawrence University. Hayes is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
